This award is intended for businesses that can demonstrate providing an exceptionally high standard of customer service.

The business will listen to customer feedback and if necessary implement new ways of working, effectively communicate with customers and invest in customer service training for staff.

Criteria for your application:

  • Explain how the core business values impact the focus on customer service
  • Please give examples of outstanding customer service, going above and beyond the expected service level
  • How are staff engaged and motivated to give good customer service. Give examples of training values or culture that are relevant
