This award recognises apprentices and workplace trainees who have made a real difference to their workplace and have fully embraced the opportunity to develop their chosen career.

Nominations are open to businesses who would like to recognise the success of any apprentice/trainee within the workplace and to self-nominees.

• How has the nominee demonstrated outstanding commitment to their professional development
• Evidence the difference the nominee makes to the business
• How has the nominee embraced the challenge of a demanding work placement and study programme
