This award is intended to recognise businesses who have introduced new innovative ideas to improve the performance of the business, helped their business to grow, offer new services and/or develop new types of working.

The business will demonstrate a commitment to innovative ideas, digital technology and new ways of working, whilst having a clear strategy for implementing these technologies and investment in training.

Criteria for your application:

• Please provide examples of what and when new ideas /services / working methods were introduced to your business?
• Please explain what impact or benefit the introduction of these new ideas and tools has had on the business with examples.
• Please outline strategy for implementation and demonstrate a commitment to training.
