With the new lockdown restrictions that have come into force today we have made the decision to postpone the awards event until Thursday 10th December.
Whilst we have a resolute desire to hold the event and celebrate the fantastic local business responsibility that you all represent so well it was clear that we could not use the planned venue for filming and production of the planned virtual event under the new restrictions. We know too that many of you will not be able to gather together under the new restrictions and that was a another major factor in our decision to postpone the event again.
We also want to make the event as near to the originally planned event as possible too and to that end we encourage yourselves and any staff/guests that you may have intended to join you in March to maintain the “night out” feel and keep the black tie dress code.
The new date of 10th December also gives us the opportunity to spread a little festive cheer in what has been a particularly hard year so we look forward to seeing as many of you as possible.
